From Brazil to the World
Born in Olinda, Brazil, Louis's passion for art began at a very young age, watching 80's movies and video games.
he started copying comic super-hero artwork and trying to emulate the style of work.
Louis came to the U.K. at the age of 17, and learned English at Bury College. He started a tattooing apprenticeship in Bury at the age of 23, but wanted to push his work further, so moved to Leeds where he tattooed for another 13 years.
Fantasy becomes reality
Louis is now back in Bury after travelling all over the world to hone his craft, working conventions and attending seminars held by some of the worlds most renown Tattoo Artists, as well as owning his own studio in Leeds.
Louis is very happy to be back in Bury, especially working alongside Sweyn, as they are old friends, and is looking forward to being part of the crew at Odin's Eye Tattoo Collective.
